Voted Raleigh’s Best Nonprofit Organization and Raleigh’s Best Mental Health Services two years in a row, we seek compassionate and dedicated Direct Service Professionals to join our caring, multidisciplinary team at Henry House, a newly constructed adolescent respite facility in Burgaw, NC.

Why Join Us? As a Direct Service Provider, you will support adolescents with complex needs in residential and community-based settings, assisting them with daily living activities and skill development under the supervision of a Qualified Professional.

Responsibilities

Support individuals in reaching their goals through daily living activities and skill development.

Assist with community engagement and fostering growth, independence, and resilience.

Provide supportive, person-centered care in a stable environment.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs.

Valid, unrestricted North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Proof of current auto insurance.

Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $20-25 for this full-time position.
