Driver Crew Member – Maintenance

We are seeking
Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams . Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites safely and with quality to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position is a dual driver/crew member role responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscaping crew at each job site.

Duties And Responsibilities
Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer
Performing daily vehicle inspections
Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties
Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
Moving soil, equipment, and materials
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check
Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
Landscaping experience preferred
Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Willing to work for long periods of time outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight
Willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
Ability to use hand tools and power equipment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
