Job Duties and Responsibilities In the Field Daily
On the jobsite for 2 or more customers daily
Complete work orders, customer service, and follow-ups
Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
Customer Service and Communication
Display world-class customer service for residents, building owners/managers, and others
Track and document work progress in our mobile apps
Communicate with support team and peers regularly
Follow Repair Process
Understand and utilize our processes
Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
Problem-solve repairs with creativity
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or auto body work
Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus, but is not required
An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. An art background is helpful, but not necessary.
Willingness to commit to learning new skills that may take months to master.

About Surface Experts Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.
Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in landfills.
Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
Vision To establish and lead a nationally recognized market for surface repair as an alternative to replacement or complete refinishing. Our goal is to be represented in every major metropolitan area, and for our brand to be synonymous with spot repair among all facilities and maintenance management.
