FY26 US Seasonal Tax-Financial Services Organization-Wealth and Asset Management Manager

is seeking an experienced seasonal tax professional to join our Wealth and Asset Management Partnership as a Seasonal Tax Manager (remote). The role is part of our Finance Financial Services Organization (FSO) and focuses on reviewing partnership tax returns and supporting our clients through complex tax engagements.
Location: Remote (United States) with no travel required.
Key Responsibilities : Provide reviews of partnership tax returns (K‑1, footnotes, federal & state filings), collaborate with team members, and produce technical research and written reports. Work remotely; hours will be discussed during the interview process.
Skills and Attributes for Success :
Strategic eye for prioritizing multiple complex projects
Influencing skills and a willingness to question existing processes
Experience reviewing K‑1 extraction data and partnership tax returns
Familiarity with taxable income allocations
Experience with corporate tax extension requests
Strong technical writing and research abilities in a tax context
Comfort with virtual, remote team environment
Qualifications :
Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of investment or operating partnership tax compliance experience
Proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization
Knowledge of partnership tax technical and transactional skills
Preferred/Ideal Qualifications :
Proven record of excellence in public accounting at a top or mid‑tier firm
Experience with hedge funds or private equity funds
