Key Skills / Responsibilities
Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions.
Own the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is correct.
Keep the property safe with regular security walks.
Create daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report, for management.
Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth even in the wee hours.
Use Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs to solve problems independently.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
