Responsibilities
Assists and directs supplier improvements in the delivery of quality goods at a competitive price. Works with suppliers on J.I.T. and never‑ending quality and cost improvements.
Prime liaison between suppliers and the plant to Quality, Engineering and Purchasing, relative to overall quality cost and delivery improvements.
Conducts in‑depth reviews and audits of supplier systems and develops plans for improvements in quality, cost reduction, and delivery.
Administers the supplier certification program.
Collects data and publishes the supplier quality rating on a monthly or as needed basis.
Qualifications
College degree in an Engineering or Business discipline.
Working knowledge of Quality Control measurement techniques such as SPC, design of experiments and related methods.
Ability to travel.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $83,250 to $132,150 annually
Participation in Annual Incentive Program

401(k) Plan with company matching contributions at 100% of the first 5% of pay.
Company‑provided defined‑contribution retirement plan with annual contribution equal to 3% of pay.
