Responsibilities
Deal posting and reconciliation
Accounts payable and receivable
Title and DMV documentation support
Bank deposits and cash reconciliation
Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers, and other records
Assisting with month‑end close procedures
Adapting to new tasks and skill sets when required
Researching and resolving discrepancies and issues
Multitasking efficiently and prioritizing work
Organizing and following up on tasks
Working independently with close attention to detail
Maintaining good attendance and adhering to timelines and schedules
Understanding deadlines and applying a sense of urgency to all tasks
Required Skills
Knowledge of dealership accounting processes
Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, growth‑focused attitude
Willingness to learn new tasks and expand responsibilities
Basic math skills
Basic Excel knowledge
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software (Dealertrack DMS)
MUST pass background screening.
