What’s the role? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the Global Buy‑Side Enterprise Service Team in a client‑facing role, serving as a product and workflow subject matter expert. You’ll work directly with portfolio managers, traders, risk and performance analysts, and back‑ and middle‑office professionals. This role demands a consultative mindset, a culture of ownership, and strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills. You’ll build trusted adviser relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Bloomberg’s Buyside Solutions.
We’ll Trust You To
Deepen your expertise across Bloomberg’s Buyside Solutions — including PORT, AIM, RISK, and RMS — and develop a strong understanding of client workflows to deliver world‑class service
Provide operational support and consultation, including cross system integrations, while advising clients on workflow optimisation and best practices
Deliver proactive, pre‑emptive support by monitoring client workflows, identifying systemic issues, and managing critical escalations with urgency and precision
Identify opportunities to enhance service quality, streamline processes, and provide competitive advantages for clients using Bloomberg’s tools
Create and maintain workflow documentation, runbooks, and configuration guides to ensure global service continuity and transparency across teams
Serve as a trusted point of contact for key client stakeholders, collaborating with internal partners — from Engineering to Product — to enhance the overall client experience
You’ll Need To Have
Deep understanding of buy‑side investment workflows, including those used by portfolio managers, middle office, and risk/attribution teams
Prior experience with Bloomberg’s Buyside Solutions, particularly AIM, PORT, and RMS
Strong knowledge of fixed income, equities, and derivatives asset classes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging senior‑level clients and stakeholders
Passion for service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
Strong project management, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities to manage complex priorities
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences

Fluency in Portuguese and strong cross‑cultural communication skills
