Overview Client Support & Issue Resolution: Respond to client inquiries through a shared inbox, providing timely and professional assistance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll and expense data with attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Experience in and understanding of basic accounting principles including general ledger, balance sheets, accounts receivable/payable, etc.
Typically possesses one to three years experience in accounting.
Prepare monthly journal entries, trial balances and maintain general ledger.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including lender reporting.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis.
Processes A/R, A/P, Review and perform internal audits.
Assist with annual budgeting process and ad hoc projects; interface and support operating departments with timely financial information.
Qualifications EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Skills:
Data Collection & Integration: Gather and consolidate data from diverse sources (SAP, Success Factors), including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Power Query and other analytical tools to create clear, insightful reports and summaries that effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced Excel, Customer Service Skills, team player.
Desired Skills:
SAP/ Successful Knowledge; Power Query

Wage Data Per State Requirements The salary range for this position is $41,600 - $52,000 per year. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
