Job Summary Extrusion Assistant Operator (Day Shift 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.). Full‑time position requiring 12‑hour shifts, overtime, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role supports production operators in extrusion, cores, and packaging activities.

Key Responsibilities Follow all safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment. Read, understand, and comply with work instructions to produce products that meet quality standards. Assist operators with tasks such as cutting cores, feeding Erema, changing rolls, and following resin lines. Respond to alarms and troubleshoot basic problems. Complete required paperwork and labeling accurately. Perform any other basic functions as assigned by operators or supervisors. Work scheduled overtime and 12‑hour shifts.

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Basic mechanical skills. High school level mathematics. Basic troubleshooting/problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications High School or better.
