Key Responsibilities
Prepare GAAP‑compliant financial statements; lead month and year‑end closes with reconciliations and analysis.
Manage General Ledger, fixed assets, cost accounting, inventory, and compliance reporting (taxes, regulations).
Support budgeting, forecasting, process improvements, and administrative projects.
Assume advanced roles: develop strategies, oversee treasury/cash flow/banking, implement controls, lead/mentor staff, optimize insurance/401(k), and advise on HR/credit.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred); 2+ years experience, ideally manufacturing.
