About the Job Aspen Standard Wealth is growing rapidly through acquisition and we're hiring a task‑oriented, high‑velocity People Experience & Operations Manager to put basic people operations structure in place and keep day‑to‑day execution moving fast. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on getting things done, building processes, and bringing order to a rapidly scaling environment.

This role is based in Soho, Manhattan.

The pay range for this job is $100,000 to $150,000 a year, depending on experience and skills.

If you have experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup and strong HR operations experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities Below are the core areas of work for this role. Over time, they may change, but this should give you a good idea of what to expect.

Run and improve onboarding and offboarding to ensure a consistent, high‑quality employee experience.

Maintain clean, accurate employee data across all systems.

Support payroll processes through coordinated inputs and basic audit checks.

Manage leave, accommodation, and basic compliance workflows.

Create clear, practical playbooks for core HR processes and integrate them into operational tools.

Document HR and recruiting workflows to drive efficiency and consistency.

Build and maintain essential HR documentation—checklists, templates, and intranet pages.

Draft and standardize key HR policies to ensure clarity and alignment across firms.

Set up simple People metrics (headcount, hires, exits) to support decision‑making.

Refresh and run the eNPS/pulse survey rhythm to provide actionable insights on employee engagement.

Experiences and Functional Skills Required

High‑growth HR experience: succeeded in fast‑paced, scaling environments.

HR expertise: understands core HR practices and regulations.

HR operations strength: skilled in onboarding, offboarding, data, policies, and payroll support.

Tech‑savvy: has experience adopting new HR tools quickly and effectively.

Strong prioritization: experience managing multiple tasks with clear focus.
