Own sales quotas and proactively work towards meeting and exceeding targets within a defined territory Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, utilizing a value-based selling methodology Lead approved AI Proof of Concepts (POCs) and assist customers in understanding product value Collaborate with the AI Success team to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities Act as a subject matter expert for AI solutions, providing sales enablement initiatives to the team What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in Conversational AI or the CX space Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel as needed Experience in an overlay Account Executive or co-sell role is preferable How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies and their application in contact centers Experience in a sales enablement role Knowledge of commercial modeling and forecasting automation rates We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
