This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished

Business Support Manager

to work side‑by‑side with the State President and Relationship Managers (Bankers) within Commercial Banking as Citizens Bank continues to expand the Michigan Region. The qualified candidate will provide first class confidential, reliable, and comprehensive support to the executives and their respective teams.

Primary Responsibilities

Advanced support that includes a daily variety of tasks supporting the executive and the team.

Manage executive calendar and day to day operations of the office.

Serve as ambassador of the team in interfacing with key stakeholders and serving as general office manager for the department.

Coordinate events with internal partners, team, and clients.

Perform data entry and pull reports within Salesforce.

Respond to, forward and/or distribute email communications as appropriate.

Human Resource support, travel planning, travel expenses when needed.

Coordinate registration, marketing and logistics for multiple trade shows and conferences.

Uphold high standards for work quality and privacy.

Maintain and order marketing supplies as needed.

Strong presentation building skills (PowerPoint).

Process payables/invoices for the office.

Business Continuity Planning support.

Ability to spearhead issues in the office: maintenance items, repairs, etc.

Qualifications

Senior administrative experience of 5-7 years required.

Analytical skills and demonstrated experience preferred.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Strong computer and problem-solving skills.

Solid written, verbal and communication skills.

Attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines/confidentiality.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Excellent customer service skills.

Marketing and Social Media savvy.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Education, Certification, And/or Other Professional Credentials

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Hours and Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
