Full‑time, on‑site position with a competitive salary range of $40,000 – $50,000 annually, plus health insurance and other benefits.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities and equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Assist in the setup and dismantling of production equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and services
Support the implementation of facility improvement projects
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
1‑3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
