Sales Install Coordinator
The Sales Install Coordinator supports the daily operations of the technician teams directly assigned to them. They are responsible for strategic scheduling, customer communications, and follow‑up of jobs to ensure revenue targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
Constant monitoring and documentation of all signed contracts through the install pipeline.
Completing job details and subdetails to ensure that custom fields for reporting metrics are complete and accurate.
Reviewing technician completed close‑out forms to ensure job details are updated correctly and scheduling follow‑up appointments in a timely manner.
Customer communications after the signed contract (coordinate financing, confirm install dates, secure necessary paperwork).
Conducting Happy Customer calls, requesting reviews, and serving as first line of defense for customer escalation issues.
Reviewing each project after completion to add an appointment or close the project appropriately in Service Titan.
Applying for applicable permits, coordinating inspections, and closing permits.
Filing rebates applicable to projects.
Registering equipment with manufacturer warranties and labor warranties as applicable.
Offering Preventative Maintenance contracts to customers not on a plan and updating PM contract information in Service Titan with accurate start and end dates.
Assisting clients through financing options, questions, and procedures to aid revenue goals.
Requirements
Reasonably commute Monday through Friday to Marlborough, MA 01752.
