Qualifications & Experience Requirements for MDS Coordinator:
Previous Experience as a MDS Coordinator preferred
Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) of experience in a hospital, long‑term care facility, or other related health care facility
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
