School Custodial Supervisor
Healthcare Services Group, Inc (Campus Services Group – CSG) is seeking a dedicated Custodial Supervisor to ensure a clean and safe environment within our facilities in North Charleston, SC.
Position Details Location:
North Charleston, SC Hours:
Mon-Fri, 11am-8pm Employment Type:
Full‑time
Key Responsibilities
Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed.
Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.
Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.
Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.
Assist in staff training, quality control, and in‑servicing.
Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2 years of experience in Environmental Services, with supervisory experience preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to understand in‑services.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Knowledge of infection control procedures and chemical handling.
Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.
Must be able to work around cleaning products.
Must reside within the service area.
Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies as required.
Must provide a criminal background check.
