We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager—Healthcare Buildings—who thrives when people are in sync and projects run not just on time but within budget.
Based at a client site in the Los Angeles area, reporting directly to the Program Manager and working alongside other project managers, you’ll be responsible for the overall project delivery and for managing the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll manage and provide construction oversight to OARs, resolve complex construction project‑related issues, disputes and disagreements. As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. You will provide leadership and direction to project engineers and construction teams, fostering professional growth and development.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and significant related experience.
7+ years of related design and construction project management experience with education or healthcare buildings.
Strong working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management (GMP/lump sum), project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.
Strong working knowledge in vendor procurements, change order negotiation, budget and schedule management, operational governances, client satisfaction and management.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Design Assist Delivery experience.
Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
