Preventive Maintenance Technician

Location Morrisville, NC – Onsite.

Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery, production equipment, and facility systems.
Inspect equipment components to identify wear, damage, or potential failures.
Complete routine servicing including lubrication, calibration, and part replacement.
Document all PM activities in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues.
Work with operations to coordinate maintenance with minimal downtime.
Support inventory management of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years of experience in maintenance, technical service, or preventive maintenance.
Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Ability to read manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CMMS or digital maintenance systems is a plus.
