Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks in Tableau or similar tools to track performance against KPIs.

Translate data into actionable strategies that inform sales enablement, marketing alignment, and customer experience improvements.

Support A/B testing and initiative tracking to assess impact and ROI.

Deliver concise, impactful presentations and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including executives and sales leadership.

5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business intelligence roles — preferably within sales analytics, revenue operations, or related areas in financial services, fintech, or consulting.

Demonstrated experience using SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Domo, or similar) for data extraction, analysis, and visualization.

Strong business and strategic thinking — able to move from data to insight to action.
