We are looking for a Product Line Manager to join our team!

As a member of the Product Team, the PLM is responsible for developing and executing Fit for Life’s product strategy to support the company’s business and brand objectives. Reporting to the SVP of Product Management, this role will drive the creation and evolution of product lines through market analysis, concept creation, and data-driven development.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in the fitness, sports or wellness industries, along with strong technical skills and proven product development experience. They will be adept at leveraging consumer insights and market positioning to proactively identify new opportunities and enhance product performance.

This individual must be a collaborative, detail-oriented, motivated self-starter who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment, independently prioritize projects, and consistently bring thoughtful, innovative ideas to the table.

Salary Range:

$70,000-$80,000 plus Benefits, PTO, 401K Match

This role is 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

What You'll Work On:

Manage the end-to-end development cycle for a range of products and brands, from concept ideation and prototype evaluation through market launch

Oversee aspects of line planning including management and execution of brand strategies driving revenue, profitability, and category growth

Partner cross-functionally to define long-term product direction aligned with company goals and retailer expectations

Strategically apply sales reports, market analytics, and technical product knowledge to inform product decisions, validate concepts, and instill excitement about the current and future assortment direction

Build a comprehensive understanding of competitor products, consumer preferences and technical advances to proactively stay ahead of trends

Manage development workflows, prototype review and approval processes — ensuring timely and high‑quality plan execution

Prepare product concepts, create detailed tech packs, and manage day‑to‑day collaboration with our Sourcing Team

Create and maintain physical and digital assets needed to support all elements of line planning

Who We Are Looking For:

Must have a collaborative mindset and the ability/desire to work cross‑functionally

Creative, adaptable, highly organized, and detail-oriented

Excellent project/time management skills and a pro‑active approach to problem‑solving

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator strongly encouraged

Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, including large group and retailer presentations

Willingness to travel as needed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in product development, business, marketing, or communications

3+ years of experience in product line management, product development, or category management in a CPG environment – preferably in fitness, wellness or sporting goods
