Plant Logistics Supervisor (3rd shift)

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities As the Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor, you will manage the internal flow of pieces from receipt to shipping. You will ensure customer delivery, production line supplies, logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity gains, and team management. You will also work closely with quality, production, and engineering functions to ensure the smooth and optimal operation of the plant.

Your profile and competencies to succeed Minimum education Level

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering

Professional Experience

Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting

Skills And Competencies

English language required

Knowledge of logistics tools and systems, such as MRP, FIFO, and MPM

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
