Overview Crocs is hiring a Sr. Planning Operations Analyst. This position is responsible for developing and continuously improving our analytical capabilities. They will coordinate efforts alongside our Key Account and Demand Planning teams as well as our counterparts in Sales, Merchandising, Supply, and Inventory Planning. This individual contributor role is highly analytical and requires the ability to collaborate and connect with a diverse group of team members.
What You’ll Do
In-season Monitoring
Work closely with sales, demand, and channel planning teams to provide data‑driven insights that allow the organization to understand the marketplace and make decisions.
Monitor and report on in‑season product consumption versus plan at franchise, silhouette, and style level detail.
Analyze all POS data and provide information to assist cross‑functional teams in managing the business.
Evaluate and communicate risks and opportunities based on inventory and sell‑through.
Collaborate between planning teams, sales, finance, and merchandising teams to drive revenue and profitability goals.
Day‑to‑day Analytics
Consult with Planning Leadership to identify KPIs, complete analyses, and implement tracking infrastructure and visualization.
Develop and maintain standardized reports to track performance against KPIs, scorecards, and forecasts.
Bring self‑service analytics solutions to life that deliver simplicity and business value to the planning teams.
Work with (and learn from) cross‑functional partners such as Planning, Sales, Finance, Merchandising, among others, to promote insight into key processes that directly affect company ability to deliver on sales targets.
Manage, Develop, and Produce Reporting Across the Planning Function
Weekly report owner for all sell‑through information for channel planning and demand planning.
Produce routine and ad‑hoc executive and operational reporting.
Present data and insights directly to cross‑functional teams to drive action and follow‑up as needed.
Build / Maintain All Tools and Processes
Evaluate business trends and communicate actionable recommendations for improvement.
Identify areas of improvement and engage necessary resources to incorporate into current processes.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain, planning, or a related field is required; exceptions possible for highly extensive and relevant work experience.
5+ years of experience as either an analyst, planner, or buyer.
Proven experience within planning / analytics.
Understanding of demand, supply, service, and other S&OP / IBP principles.
Strong analytical capabilities using both systemic and Excel‑based tools.
Proven experience communicating highly involved analytical work to less analytical thinkers.
Strong interpersonal skills proven in a highly collaborative setting.
Extensive experience using Excel, Access, Power BI (plus a value if available).
Salary $98,000 - $108,000
