Job Summary Shambaugh is looking for a PDD Administrator. This position is responsible for updating and maintaining the Project Design Database, including data entry and other clerical duties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Update and maintain Project Design Database (PDD). This includes data entry and hyperlinking documents to appropriate line items.
Ensure all information is current and accurate.
Prepare final closeout documentation at project completion for turnover to customer.
Prepare weekly Project Manager reports.
Correspond with project engineers, managers, site and shop personnel, vendors and customers.
Train internal employees and external customers on use of the PDD.
Continue to develop the program and processes to best serve internal and external customers.
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Prior administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Organized and self‑starter.
Familiarity with RVI, purchase orders, MRO’s, and submittals is a plus but not required.
Previous Access database experience is a plus but not required.
Must possess analytical aptitude, and effective oral and written communication.
Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
