Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multifaceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing business performance and delivering best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant Managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They lead talent by recruiting, training, engaging, and developing staff, and embrace a promote‑from‑within philosophy to grow into future leaders of the store.
