Supervisor – Faurecia (Fort Wayne, IN)
Salary range: $140,000–$180,000 per year.
Your mission, roles & responsibilities
Lead QCD performance for designated groups: direct QCD initiatives, set targets, implement plans, track results, and adjust resources.
Drive improvement actions by collaborating with unit managers, other production supervisors, and support functions to ensure transparent information flow and define action plans.
Manage team performance: identify problems, define improvement areas, lead workshops on 5S, TPM, 6M, and other quality improvement methods.
Ensure daily team management: maintain appropriate headcount, enforce standardized work methods, and remain present on the floor to answer questions or address problems.
Develop the team: staff appropriately, onboard new members, create individual development plans, arrange training, and conduct punctual performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with Group HSE standards; intervene on safety risks and improve working conditions and ergonomics.
Profile & competencies
Minimum education: Associate’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or a specialization in Production.
Experience: 1–3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Team‑player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Operational level of English.
