Project Administrator – Olathe, KS.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Manage internal and external reporting functions.

Ensure that appropriate paperwork for divisions and subcontractors is completed and filed within the expected timeframe.

Enter system and platform updates regularly to document all communications and service request updates.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Two (2) years of administrative office experience preferred.

Experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.

Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.

Ability to multi‑task and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
