GTM Strategy and Operations Analyst - Channels & Alliances The GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst - C&A will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in management consulting, investment banking, business development, and tech to accelerate Datadog’s global growth. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set corporate strategy, improve efficiency across the business, support data‑driven decision‑making, own complex operations, and more.

As a GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst at Datadog, you will play a pivotal role in driving our GTM team’s success globally. You will analyze datasets, synthesize and communicate insights to drive global strategic go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives. You will shape key business decisions, operationalize programs, and drive successful outcomes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales and cross‑functional teams to influence global strategic priorities.

What you’ll do

Analyze sales, channel, and GTM data to identify trends, understand efficiency, and collaborate with leaders to adjust strategies as needed.

Build and maintain dashboards to measure against KPIs and deliver actionable insights.

Contribute to long‑term strategy by identifying growth opportunities and optimizing approaches in conjunction with sales/growth targets.

Assist in high‑priority projects and initiatives within the broader GTM & Strategy team.

Who you’re looking for

1–2 years of experience preferred in investment banking, management consulting, revenue & growth strategy functions, or equivalent experience as a business analyst.

Proficient in performing accurate calculations and analyses with strong attention to detail.

Track record of distilling actionable insights from complex data.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of synthesizing complex concepts and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with unique challenges and stakeholders.

Proactive in suggesting solutions based on data.

We offer a competitive salary and equity package, variable compensation may be included. The estimated yearly salary for this role at Datadog is $75,000—$110,000 USD.
