The Office of Research is seeking to hire a Business Operations Specialist to join our team. Under the management of the Director of Finance & Business Operations for the Office of Research Facilities & Infrastructure, the Business Operations Specialist will perform fiscal and administrative actions for the division. This position will also provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Research Facilities & Infrastructure and the Research Core Directors and Managers. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, the social sciences, or other job-related field. Prior USC business experience. Knowledge of USC’s systems and administrative and financial policies and procedures. Experience in grant management. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Excel, Adobe, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft Understanding of basic accounting and financial management principles Knowledge of policies, procedures, rules and regulations related to the specific administrative function Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment Experience working as a team with Principal Investigators and technical staff Ability to coordinate diverse administrative functions Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Required to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations Job Close Date:
