We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong industrial background and a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of industry experience, exceptional leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of industrial operations, engineering processes, and project delivery best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining alignment with organizational goals, safety standards, and client expectations.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, and field teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of project milestones.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, progress reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor project performance, identifying and resolving issues to minimize impact on scope, schedule, and cost.
Ensure all work complies with industrial standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Lead project meetings, provide clear communication, and facilitate decision-making across teams.
Manage change orders, contract negotiations, and project documentation.
Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience managing industrial projects (manufacturing, energy, heavy industry, process facilities, industrial construction, etc.).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred).
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
Location & Salary Birmingham, AL
$80,000.00 – $105,000.00
