Role Overview
The Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution delivery for Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role demands strong functional expertise, thought leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers while ensuring successful implementation and adoption of SCM solutions.
Experience 15 years in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain track, preferably as a Solution Architect.
Expertise Strong knowledge of all SCM modules and manufacturing processes.
Client Handling Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
Cloud Process Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
business process reviews , solution walkthroughs, and configuration reviews.
Manage
integration reviews , security, reporting, and CRP sessions.
Lead
product demos , UAT, and Oracle ERP Cloud implementation for SCM track.
Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop permanent fixes/configurations.
Performed at least 2 Implementations of Oracle Cloud.
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, etc.).
Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.

Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.

Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, value‑driven solutions.
Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively mitigate risks.
Customer‑Centric Approach
Experience in advisory roles, influencing client strategies and ensuring customer success.
