Job Description
Leads and facilitates multidisciplinary teams and committees.
Reports quality updates to physician hospital leaders.
Utilizes structured performance improvement tools to identify performance improvement needs.
Prioritizes improvement efforts and coordinates with hospital leaders to implement necessary changes.
Collaborates with partners across the organization to align efforts with strategic priorities.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's (Required)
Master's Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Six Sigma – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $30.53 - $56.78
