Role Description
This full‑time/seasonal, on‑site position is based in Bismarck, ND.
The Utilities Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, supervising construction crews, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and timelines.
Core duties include operating and managing heavy equipment, coordinating carpentry and maintenance activities, and maintaining clear communication between crew members and leadership.
Qualifications
Strong supervisory abilities, including team leadership, task delegation, and promoting a safe work environment.
Proficiency in operating and managing heavy construction equipment such as excavators and loaders.
Experience in carpentry and maintenance to support on‑site project activities.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with crews, leadership, and clients.
Previous experience in utilities, civil construction, or related fields is preferred.
Ability to work on‑site in Bismarck, ND, and meet the physical demands of the position.
