Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic — R66/R44

Join our mission to bring safer and simpler flight experiences. SkyOS is our industry‑first universal flight OS, and Skyryse One is the first production aircraft powered by it, unveiled in 2024.
The A&P Mechanic will support all aircraft maintenance operations based out of our Hawthorne facility. You will serve as subject‑matter expert on our rotary‑wing R66 and R44, and experimental aircraft, ensuring FAA compliance.
Responsibilities
Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on rotorcraft and experimental aircraft.
Conduct detailed inspections and verifications of aircraft systems to confirm compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
Maintain documentation and proper record keeping of repairs, maintenance, inspections, reports, and related documentation.
Interpret and apply maintenance manuals, engineering specifications, and technical data to perform precise repairs and component replacements.
Collaborate with technicians, pilots, engineers, and team members to carry out modifications and repairs.
Support fleet upgrades and new technology integration, contributing to evolving aircraft systems and safety enhancements.
Perform other duties as required in support of flight operations and organizational objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Helicopter maintenance experience
5+ years of experience supporting aircraft maintenance
FAA A&P Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Trade school or military training in aircraft maintenance
Robinson maintenance course
8+ years of experience supporting aircraft maintenance
Avionics and wiring experience

2-5 years experience: $30-$42/hr.
5+ years experience: $35-$58/hr.
