$4000 sign‑on bonus
Starting pay is $37.61 – $42.78 per hour, based on experience, plus $1.75 night shift differential when applicable
Shift: 6am‑6pm
rotating 4 days on, 4 days off
What we offer you:
Pay Range of $36.69 – $41.74 per hour, based on experience.
Quarterly bonus, up to 11% of base yearly salary, based on group efficiency, safety, housekeeping, and quality metrics.
Overtime available.

What you’ll do:
Gain knowledge of production lines and industrial equipment.
Diagnose industrial electrical problems and provide and implement solutions.
What you need to have:
High School Diploma.
2+ years of experience as an electrician or similar electrical repair and maintenance experience.
Familiarity with Allen Bradley systems, VFDs, PLC hardware and software, AC/DC circuits, 4‑20 mA circuits and 440 MCCs.
Understanding of electrical theory and principles, wiring specifications, codes, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment.
Knowledge of state and local electrical codes.
Ability to read and comprehend electrical blueprints and schematic drawings.
