Overview As a Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will assemble, test, fabricate, and inspect products in standard and non-standard environments, ensuring high-quality output and maintaining workflow.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.

Operate hand and power tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain an organized inventory of products at work stations, ensuring materials are available and accounted for.

Perform quality checks on work, identify and record product defects, and rework or repair assembled equipment according to engineering specification changes.

Adhere to safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and follow all quality and safety standards.

Perform physical tasks: lift up to 25 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours per day, and handle extended periods of standing and lifting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly.

Strong ability to read technical documents and drawings.

Proficient with hand and power tools.

Attention to detail, precision, and problem‑solving skills.

Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
