We’re partnering with a leading construction firm to find an experienced
Construction Superintendent
who will play a key role in delivering exceptional projects.
As a Superintendent, you’ll oversee a specific area of the project and ensure all goals are met across schedule, budget, safety, quality, and team development. You’ll lead field operations and collaborate with field engineers to drive safety compliance, craft supervision, trade partner coordination, scheduling, material handling, daily reporting, quality control, and craft training.
What You’ll Do
Manage field operations for large-scale commercial construction projects
Ensure adherence to project goals for safety, quality, and budget
Coordinate trade partners and oversee craft supervision
Drive scheduling, material handling, and daily reporting
Mentor and develop field engineers and craft teams
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
5–6+ years in a leadership role on large commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of scheduling and project management
Valid driver’s license and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel templates), Prolog, Primavera, and AutoDesk Suite
