Moses Lake Industries, Inc. (MLI) is a rapidly growing producer of ultra‑pure chemical products for the semiconductor and flat‑panel industry worldwide.

Shift/Hours/Location:

Thursday‑Monday, 5 pm – 2 am, onsite, Moses Lake. We offer a $5 shift differential on night shift.

What You Will Be Working On You will begin by learning the fundamentals of plant operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Monitors the production process and ensures efficiency of systems and equipment.

Prepares product containers (bottles, drums, totes, etc.) for filling according to specifications and work orders.

Formulates and batches product according to customer specifications.

Fills containers with product following clean‑room requirements.

Prepares product for shipment.

Documents plant processes and records production data.

Uses correct tools/ergonomics when handling or moving raw materials, chemicals, components, equipment, or finished goods.

Transports full and empty product containers in various sizes with industrial equipment.

Trains uncertified Chemical Operators according to procedures.

Stocks product and packaging supplies.

Performs housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, clean work environment utilizing 5‑S standards.

Completes necessary tasks and work hours needed to achieve departmental and company goals.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.

Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.

Demonstrated ability to:

Follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously to meet established deadlines.

Work as a team and/or independently.

Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of chemical manufacturing experience.

Salary & Benefits Salary figures are general guidelines only and may vary based on experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range

Chemical Operator I: $22‑$25 /hour

Chemical Operator II: $24‑$30 /hour

Chemical Operator III: $27‑$33 /hour

Generous PTO.

Working Conditions Duties are generally performed indoors in a high‑purity manufacturing environment. Noise level is occasionally loud. Employees must follow safety rules and use proper personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, and full leather shoes. Employees work in a Process Safety Management environment containing threshold quantities of flammable liquids and/or gases that may cause fire or explosion. Devices that are not intrinsically safe (e.g., insulin pumps, pacemakers, pain management devices) are prohibited.
