Key Responsibilities
Lead
requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
for Battery Management Systems (BMS).
Apply
systems engineering principles
throughout the product development lifecycle.
Support the
design, integration, and validation
of battery management systems.
Collaborate with
hardware and software engineering teams
to ensure system-level performance, reliability, and compliance.
Participate in system architecture development, interface definition, and issue resolution.
Support testing, verification, and validation activities to ensure requirements are met.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to track progress and resolve technical challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with
Battery Management Systems (BMS) .
Strong knowledge of
systems engineering concepts and methodologies .
Hands‑on experience with
requirements management
and system documentation.
Experience in the
automotive domain
(preferred).
Strong
problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills .
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment.
