Pay Range $34.85/hr – $43.05/hr

Responsibilities
Manage operations of your assigned unit.
Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit.
Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
Assist with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture.
Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained.
Ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs.
Qualifications
Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
C.P.R. certification.
Minimum two (2) years of R.N. experience.
Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit preferred.
Five (5) years of R.N. experience preferred but willingness to invest in the right candidate.
