We’re seeking an experienced
Construction Project Manager
to join our growing team! This role is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing all phases of new home construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with hands‑on experience in project supervision or management.
Responsibilities
Manage construction timelines and schedules for 10–15 homes utilizing construction management software
Review plans and specifications to ensure all work meets project requirements
Coordinate with vendors and trade partners to maintain timely completion of tasks
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during construction
Perform punch‑out work at various stages to identify plan issues or vendor errors
Process and communicate change orders to all relevant vendors
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Desired Skills & Experience
2–4 years of residential construction or related experience
Advanced construction knowledge, including strong scheduling skills
High attention to detail and a team‑oriented mindset
Self‑motivated and goal‑driven
Proficiency with computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
