Field Service Technician – Specialty Rental – Dallas, TX/Shreveport, LA

Field Service Technician – Specialty Rental – Dallas, TX/Shreveport, LA . Your mission is to maintain and repair equipment in the field, supporting Atlas Copco Rental's growth strategy as the leader in oil‑free air rental business in North America.
Responsibilities
Maintain the fleet in the field.
Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory.
Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines.
Improve measurable success to business targets.
Document all work performed daily using company provided hardware and software.
Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience as an industrial‑related field service mechanic.
Appropriate electromechanical degree or training.
Demonstrated expertise in maintenance, overhaul, and repair of industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic systems.
Good command of English; second‑language knowledge is a bonus.
High energy levels.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments with extremes in temperature, walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling.

Location Based in Dallas, TX, with a minimum of two weeks at our shop in Shreveport, LA, and travel to customer sites within the region. Hybrid schedule – not required to be in the shop every day.
