Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Handle niche and volume hiring specifically for Finance functions (FP&A, GL, AR/AP, Audit, Tax, Financial Analyst, Compliance, etc.). Ensure timely delivery of quality hires aligned with business workforce plans. 2. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Finance hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics. Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and candidate pipeline reports. Serve as a trusted recruitment advisor to business leaders. 3. Sourcing & Talent Mapping
Build and maintain strong pipelines for Finance roles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping. Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, passive talent engagement). Maintain an updated talent pool for future hiring needs. 4. Assessment & Screening
Conduct competency-based interviews with strong evaluation capability in Finance skills and domain fit. Collaborate with hiring managers on interview feedback, shortlisting, and final selection. Ensure all candidates experience a smooth, professional recruitment journey. 5. Process Excellence
Maintain recruitment SLAs: TAT, quality-of-hire, offer-to-join ratios, and data accuracy. Track and analyze recruitment metrics. Ensure compliance with Medline's hiring policies and guidelines. Job Requirements Details: Required Skills & Qualifications
4-6 years of hands‑on recruitment experience , with at least
3+ years focused on Finance hiring . Deep understanding of Finance roles, industry terminology, and candidate assessment. Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with ATS/CRM tools (Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, or similar). Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.
