Your precision and professionalism support efficient HR operations, consistent service delivery, and a positive employee experience across Goodyear.**What You’ll Do*** Manage HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, addenda, leave of absence, terminations, reference letters, and employment certificates.* Maintain and update employee personnel files in line with legal requirements and internal policies.* Accurately update and maintain employee master data in HR systems such as Workday.* Support HR Services and HR Business Partners with HR-legal and administrative processes.* Ensure timelines, accuracy, and compliance in all HR-related tasks.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Services.**What You’ll Bring*** In between 1 year to 3 years of experience in HR, customer service, or administrative roles.* Strong PC literacy (MS Office required; Workday knowledge is a plus).* Very good command of English and good proficiency in German (B2+).* A precise, reliable working style and strong attention to detail.* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.* Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.* Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
