Get to Know Your Team Lovelace Women’s Hospital is a 53‑bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award‑winning breast care center, and the first robotic surgery program in the state, recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.
Responsibilities
Attend to the safe, accurate, and timely service of all electrical duties.
May be required to perform licensed trades tasks, such as a light equipment operator, carpenter, painter, and/or locksmith.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Repair and perform maintenance on the hospital’s electrical distribution systems, electrical equipment, and small electrical appliances.
Perform new electrical installation when needed and preventative maintenance checks as required.
Maintain charts, logs, and records as required, familiar with all electric blueprints for all hospital buildings.
May be required to assist with a wide range of advanced technical journeyman‑level preventive maintenance and repairs for the assigned facility and/or department.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Current Journeyman Electrician’s License.
New Mexico driver’s license with a good driving record for the past five years.
One year Vocational Training/Technical school (preferred).
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
