As part of our manufacturing group, you will support production packaging and processing operations, sanitation, and participation in startup, operation, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment.
Responsibilities
Create high‑quality foods that are eaten every day, nationwide.
Use technology in an industry‑leading facility.
Work with high‑level operators on experienced teams that pass down knowledge to eager workers.
Troubleshoot problems with machinery and partner with maintenance staff to resolve issues.
Calibrate processing and packaging systems daily to meet required specifications.
Participate in startup, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase platform performance.
Assist in training new employees.
Qualifications
Minimum of a high school education or GED.
Experience in a manufacturing/production environment desired.
Mechanical and/or electrical capability/experience desired.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
Ability to climb and/or work at heights using stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms.
Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, a hair/beard net, and gloves when required.
Willing and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental conditions.
Willing to work around industrial high‑speed moving machinery.
Ability to work with allergens that might be present in a food environment.
Shift Hours
12.5‑hour shifts with a 3-2-2 schedule.
5:30 am to 6:00 pm (day shift).
5:30 pm to 6:00 am (night shift).
Shift rotation every 6 months (day to night or night to day).
On‑off pattern: 3 days on shift followed by 2 days off shift, 2 days on shift.
Cycle length is 2 weeks.
Plant operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
You work only 15 to 16 days a month.
Pay Rates
$24.22 – start rate (T1).
$28.23–$46.78 (T2–T5).
