What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Compete in leading machine learning competitions and share successful techniques with internal teams
Engage with the ML community by sharing insights through various platforms and represent the employer at conferences
Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions
Apply state-of-the-art techniques to real-world problems in partnership with external customers
Address challenges in evaluation, solution architecture, data science, and agent modeling
What is Required (Qualifications):
MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience with 5+ years of applied ML/AI work
Proven success in competitive ML, such as Kaggle competition master status or high rankings in significant ML contests
Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and presentations to diverse audiences
Ability to work autonomously on ambiguous problems while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong engagement in ML communities and active participation in sharing knowledge
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Kaggle Grandmaster status with gold medals in NLP/LLM contests or multiple top-10 placements in prominent ML competitions
Published research in top-tier venues related to LLMs, agents, or ML algorithms
Experience with NVIDIA AI platforms such as NeMo, NIMs, TensorRT-LLM, and RAPIDS
