Job Summary
As the Construction Project Manager you will manage both residential and commercial construction projects. From start to finish you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality standards, on-time and on-budget, while navigating the unique challenges of rebuild projects. Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Coordinate daily with sub‑contractors, in‑house craftsmen, property managers and insurance professionals. Communicate progress and issues to property owners and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction. Prepare and review project documentation, change orders, and financial reports. Manage Xactimate estimating for time‑and‑material and fixed‑price jobs. Qualifications
Minimum of two years of hands‑on experience managing residential or commercial construction projects. Strong organizational skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills with both residential and commercial property owners. Experience with Xactimate estimating and both time‑and‑material and fixed‑price projects is helpful. Contractor's License Preferred. Benefits
