Job Title Quality Control Tech
Duration 04+ months
Pay rate $23/hr on W2
Description
This is a Metrology based position involving the use of various hand tools and some semi-automated tools (calipers, micrometers, surface roughness gages, etc.).
The position will encompass the 3 depts that make up Quality Control (Final Inspection, Incoming/In-Process inspection and NDT – Non Destructive Testing).
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast paced technical environment.
Able to lift up to 40lbs on your own.
Comfortable using computers.
Nice to have experience using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Interest in learning various equipment in the 3 departments.
The ability to read blueprints would be helpful but not necessary.
Would be on your feet for extended periods of time.
